Lori Pellegrino

Lori Pellegrino joined Rockport Mortgage Corporation in October of 2011 and currently serves as a Project Manager. In this capacity she is responsible for the oversight and quality control of transaction applications submitted to HUD under the FHA’s multifamily, healthcare and assisted living mortgage insurance programs. Among other things, this includes executing preliminary loan application processes, monitoring pipeline reports, analyzing documents for accuracy and overall project management of loan application submissions.

Lori works closely with Rockport Mortgage’s clients, third-party service providers and the Rockport Mortgage underwriting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan exhibits to facilitate the submission of loan applications to HUD.

Prior to joining Rockport Mortgage Lori was employed at Verizon Communications for twelve years as a Service Representative and an Escalation Specialist.

Lori graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Business Management.
