Tim Blake

Tim Blake joined Rockport Mortgage in 2010 as a Loan Analysts and currently serves as an FHA MAP Underwriter. In this role, Tim participates in all aspects of the underwriting process from initial loan sizing to third party reviews and application submission.

Before joining Rockport Mortgage, Tim worked as a mechanical engineer at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, and at Bath Iron Works in Bath, ME.

Tim received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA and an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Tim completed the Mortgage Bankers Association’s FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training Program in 2017 and was approved as a FHA MAP Underwriter by HUD in January of 2018.
