Rozanne Santuccio

Rozanne Santuccio joined Rockport Mortgage Corporation in June of 2004 and serves as a Senior Project Manager. In this capacity she is responsible for the oversight and quality control of transaction applications submitted to HUD under the FHA’s multifamily, healthcare and assisted living mortgage insurance programs. Among other things, this includes executing preliminary loan application processes, monitoring pipeline reports, analyzing documents for accuracy and overall project management of loan application submissions.

Rozanne works closely with Rockport Mortgage’s clients, third-party service provides and the Rockport Mortgage underwriting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan exhibits to facilitate the submission of loan applications to HUD.

Prior to joining Rockport Mortgage Rozanne spent eight years with the QRS Corporation as a project manager, providing all aspects of quality control and customer service.
