Mark Muniz

Mark Muniz joined Rockport Mortgage in June 2010 as a Loan Analyst and currently serves as an FHA MAP Underwriter. In this capacity he participates in all aspects of the underwriting process from initial loan sizing to third party reviews and application submission.

Prior to joining Rockport Mortgage, Mark served eighteen years with State Street Corporation, holding various positions within State Street’s International Securities Lending Unit.

Mark holds a B.A. in History from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. Mark has completed the Mortgage Bankers Association’s six-month FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training Program was approved as FHA MAP Underwriter.
