Lauren McDonald

Lauren McDonald joined Rockport Mortgage in September of 2009 and currently serves as a Project Manager. In this capacity Lauren is responsible for the oversight and quality control of transaction applications submitted to HUD under the FHA’s multifamily, healthcare and assisted living mortgage insurance programs. Among other things, this includes executing preliminary loan application processes, monitoring pipeline reports, analyzing documents for accuracy and overall project management of loan application submissions.

Lauren works closely with Rockport Mortgage’s clients, third-party service provides and the Rockport Mortgage underwriting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan exhibits to facilitate the submission of loan applications to HUD.

Prior to joining Rockport Mortgage Lauren interned at Lehman Brothers Bank in Boston, MA and EJF Real Estate Services, Inc. in Washington, DC.

A graduate of The George Washington University, Lauren earned a BBA in Finance and Hospitality Management. She also holds a MS in Urban Affairs from Boston University.
