Kevin Lopes

Kevin Lopes joined Rockport Mortgage in September of 2012 and currently serves as an FHA MAP Underwriter. In this capacity, Kevin participates in all aspects of the underwriting process from initial loan sizing to third party reviews and application submission.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA. In 2017, Kevin completed the Mortgage Bankers Association’s FHA Underwriter Training Program and earned his Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Underwriter Designation.
