Josh Salah

Josh Salah joined Rockport Mortgage Corporation in 2026 as an Originator, bringing a strong background in relationship-driven sales, business development, and competitive performance to his role.

Prior to joining Rockport, Josh served as a Sales Director at IANS Research, where he led a team responsible for developing new business relationships across North America. In this role, he worked closely with senior decision-makers, identified new business opportunities, developed client relationships, and helped organizations navigate complex purchasing decisions. His experience in building relationships, understanding client objectives, and winning new business provides a strong foundation for his work in commercial real estate finance.

Before entering the sales and business development world, Josh spent six years playing professional golf internationally, primarily on the Asian Tour, where he was a two-time winner. Competing at the professional level developed the discipline, preparation, resilience, and competitive mindset that continue to shape his approach to business.

At Rockport, Josh works with multifamily owners and investors to understand their financing objectives and identify lending solutions that align with their investment strategies. He is focused on building long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted resource throughout the financing process.
