Joe Bertolino

Joe Bertolino joined Rockport Mortgage in April of 2013 and currently serves as an FHA MAP Underwriter. In this capacity he participates in all aspects of the underwriting process from initial loan sizing to third party reviews and application submission. 

Prior to joining Rockport Mortgage, Joe spent five years with Corcoran Management Company serving as a Property Manager for several properties within the Corcoran portfolio.

Joe graduated from Salem State University with a B.S. in Economics.  He earned his A.R.M. Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2011 and his C.P.O. designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association in 2009.  Joe completed the Mortgage Bankers Association’s six-month FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training Program in June 2017.
