Vanessa Buenrostro

Vanessa Buenrostro joined Rockport Mortgage in 2025 as Controller.  In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining the integrity of the company's general ledger. Vanessa also manages the company's banking relationships, capital expenditures, and serves as one of the primary liaisons with external auditors.  

In addition to her financial reporting responsibilities, Vanessa plays a key role in support of the company's human resources functions and manages the information technology and communication systems for the company. 

Vanessa brings 13 years of experience in financial reporting, with a professional background that spans the non-profit, transportation and healthcare sectors.  Vanessa graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Accounting, in 2010.
