Dan Smith

Dan Smith joined Rockport Mortgage in January of 2021 and currently serves as a Project Manager. In this capacity Dan is responsible for the oversight and quality control of transaction applications submitted to HUD under the FHA’s multifamily, healthcare and assisted living mortgage insurance programs. Among other things, this includes executing preliminary loan application processes, monitoring pipeline reports, analyzing documents for accuracy and overall project management of loan application submissions.

Dan works closely with Rockport Mortgage’s clients, third-party service provides and the Rockport Mortgage underwriting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan exhibits to facilitate the submission of loan applications to HUD.

Dan holds a B.A. in Marketing from Assumption College. Prior to joining Rockport Mortgage Dan was the Sales Manager at Acme Merchandise.
