Value Our first project involved the financing of a 160 bed skilled nursing facility, GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center, which was a replacement for an existing structure. RMC's understanding of the Health Care field was a critical ingredient in successfully securing financing for this property. The next project was construction of GreenField Manor, which houses 92 independent living apartments, and GreenField Court with 49 assisted living apartments, on the same campus as the nursing facility, thus a continuum of care for the elderly of our community. Relationship The Rockport Mortgage relationship was characterized by responsiveness, support, and a high degree of adaptability to a variety of people involved in the projects. The principles of RMC clearly won the confidence of the board of directors. The best testament to the overall quality of RMC's work is that I have recently recommended them for another project here in Western New York. |
