Having begun his career at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Boston, Massachusetts, he has direct insight into the issues and processes associated with successfully closing multi-family loans. His responsibilities at HUD as a multifamily housing representative included advising and coordinating of participants of the Federal housing programs for new and rehabilitated properties and assurance of compliance with HUD regulations. At RMC he is currently managing a pipeline of pending loans in excess of $200M.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Assumption College, Worcester, Master of Arts and an Master of Arts in Community and Economic Development from New Hampshire College, Manchester, NH.
Dan resides in Rowley MA with his wife and three children.
