Rozanne joined Rockport Mortgage Corporation in June of 2004. She is an experienced project manager and has
abilities in customization and implementation in operational standards. Her strengths include managing risks,
negotiating skills, and effective communications within all levels of the company. Rozanne is able to apply her
project management skills in her role at RMC as Loan Coordinator where she is responsible for executing the
preliminary loan steps, monitoring pipeline reports, analyzing exhibit documents for accuracy, while keeping
underwriters, originator and all Third parties informed of project timelines. In this position, Rozanne is
responsible for the oversight and quality control of transactions submitted to the U.S. Department of HUD.

Meagan has been with Rockport Mortgage Corporation since 2001. In addition to her role as executive assistant to the
principals, Meagan is a key member of RMC's processing team. Meagan works with the originators, processor and
underwriters to ensure timely processing of all loan applications, and facilitates open communication between all
parties involved.
